Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). 



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the headline of the email please input "damaged upon arrival" and attach photos along with a little bit about what is wrong with the item. Someone from our team will be back with you within 24 hours to expedite your claim and emend the situation. 


All purchases made at a discount during sale, custom items, or in person events are considered final sale.
